Seville – and more

Cutting up an acrylic sketch to allow light and space in I scanned the pieces, reduced the colour saturation and began to draw using a finer white brush in Photoshop but was dissatisfied and stopped (see the left-hand image). Next day I realised the balance was off so continued drawing with a much finer brush (see image on right) and was much happier. It became more delicate, balance achieved, capturing some of the experience of a warm Spanish garden at dusk. All a learning curve.
